50 HR Yin yoga Continuing Education | Yoga Alliance Certified

Deepen your understanding of the human body through our immersive 50-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training. Rooted in anatomy and inspired by the Paul Grilley method, this course explores Functional Anatomy, fascia, and the individuality of every body—empowering you to adapt poses across yoga styles with confidence.

Yin yoga is a feeling practice. Instead of striving for the perfect shape, we focus on how a pose feels. As Bernie Clark says, “We don’t use the body to get into the pose, we use the pose to get into the body.”

You’ll also be introduced to Chinese Medicine Philosophy and the meridian system, learning how emotions and organs are linked through energetic pathways. This integration of science and spirituality supports a holistic, balanced approach to teaching.

Join us for a transformative journey into the depth, nuance, and artistry of Yin yoga.
